Jeremy was born and raised in Asheboro, NC. Like the prodigal son, he spent many years away from the Lord but came to saving faith in Christ at the age of 25. Soon after, he attended Piedmont Baptist College (now Carolina University) from 1997–2000. It was during his time there that he met his wife, Allison, and they were married in 1999.

In 2000, Jeremy entered full-time ministry, serving as Associate and Youth Pastor at Maranatha Bible Church in Salisbury, NC, where he ministered faithfully for nearly a decade. During those years, he and Allison were blessed with four children: Faith, Lucas, Karis, and Sarah.

In 2009, following God’s leading, Jeremy became the Lead Pastor at Community Baptist Church in La Grange, NC, where he served for 16 years. In the spring of 2025, once again following the Lord’s call, Jeremy and his family joined Shenandoah Baptist Church in Roanoke, VA, where he now serves as Associate Pastor of Camp Ministry at Camp Eagle in Fincastle.

Jeremy holds a B.A. in Biblical Studies, a Master’s Degree in Biblical Counseling, and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Ministry degree in Pastoral Leadership. 

He enjoys spending time with his family, a good cup of coffee, great food, live music, watching movies, watching sports, and sitting around a bonfire with close friends.
