Creative Media Director
Position Objective:
The Media Director position is a full-time, year-round, benefited position. The Creative Media Director is responsible for developing and executing the visual communication strategy of the church and its ministries. This role ensures that the church, school, and camp communicate their mission clearly and consistently through digital media, video, graphic design, photography, and branding.
The Creative Media Director works closely with pastoral leadership and ministry leaders to create engaging media that support worship services, ministry events, outreach, and organizational communication.

Experience
Experience with designing graphics and media is required
Experience with Canva
Experience with Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere)
Experience with photography and Videography a plus.
Experience in basic web design
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain brand consistency across church, school, and camp materials
Develop design standards (fonts, colors, templates)
Oversee the visual identity of ministries and events
Create and prepare the weekly church bulletin, both digital and print
Design and send out weekly church communication of events, as well as special events.
Produce sermon series graphics and videos
Develop testimony or ministry story videos
Design print pieces (posters, mailers, brochures)
Create logos and event graphics for current and new events.
Manage the church's Facebook accounts with regular posts and content.
Capture pictures and possibly video of ministry events to highlight on social media and other platforms.
Update, maintain, and design ministry websites.
Help ministries communicate events clearly
Design promotional campaigns
As this is part of the administrative team there will be some administrative duties from time to time as necessary for the team. Things such as ordering, purchase orders, updating information in information systems, etc.
Working conditions:
Work includes handling stressful situations, working under pressure, and at times handling highly sensitive and confidential information. Work is performed under time pressure.
Normal office environment where there is no significant discomfort due to temperatures, noise, dust, and the like. Walking to different areas and buildings on campus is sometimes necessary.
Work includes some walking, standing, bending, and carrying or moving some moderately heavy items (usually under 30 pounds).
Work includes extended periods at a computer.
