Housing Needs

It is our joy to provide housing for you in the homes of our church members. Will you need housing during your stay for the conference?

During your stay, your host will provide breakfast. Lunch will be served in the school cafeteria on Thursday and Friday. We encourage you to have your evening meals in the homes of our church families. Would you like to have your evening meals provided in the homes of our church members?

Transportation

Conference Displays

We encourage our missionaries to have a display in the church vestibule during the conference. The display must be set up before the orientation meeting at 4:00PM, Wednesday. Would you like a space reserved for your display?

Display Set-Up

Some display tables will be set up after evening services on Sunday, prior to the Wednesday opening night of the conference . If you are local you are encouraged to set up your table then. If you are coming from out of town you may also have yours shipped here early and we will set it up for you.
